These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Call Kitty mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction)
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You accept these Terms in full, including all future revisions
2. The Game & Service
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available" — we make no uptime guarantees
- Game rules, scoring, and features may be updated at any time
- AI behavior and difficulty may be adjusted for gameplay balance
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt online features
3. User Accounts
Google Sign-In
You are responsible for the security of your Google account. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
Guest Accounts
Guest data is stored locally only. We are not responsible for data loss caused by uninstallation or device reset.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, without prior notice or refund.
4. Virtual Currency & Coins
- Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or goods
- Coin balances may be adjusted as part of updates or enforcement actions
- We are not liable for loss of virtual currency due to technical issues or account termination
- Future real-money purchases are subject to app store refund policies
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, bots, exploits, scripts, or automation software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other players
- Impersonate other players or Call Kitty staff
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems
- Share offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit content via chat
- Collude with others to manipulate game outcomes
6. Multiplayer & Online Play
- We are not responsible for the conduct or statements of other users
- We reserve the right to moderate or disable chat features at our discretion
- We are not liable for game losses caused by connectivity issues
- Only share room codes and IP addresses with trusted players
7. Intellectual Property
All content within Call Kitty — including the brand, character designs (Honda, Yamaha, Marcus, Luna), artwork, music, mechanics, and UI — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Call Kitty development team, protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. No reproduction or derivative works without explicit written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call Kitty and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of virtual currency, game progress, or data.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Call Kitty and its developers from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification.
13. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary. All other provisions remain in full effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Call Kitty regarding the App.
